Thank you for joining me in drawing in and drawing forth the angels.
While I was making this video, the U.S. announced a national emergency due to the Coronavirus – and when I went grocery shopping, I saw the eyes of fear and panic in everyone around me. My community felt torn apart and in shock. No one wanted to get close to each other and everyone lived in uncertainty with no real guidance. It made me very sad.
Later, when I went home and entered my sacred space of art-making – drawing an angel was very therapeutic for me. As I painted, I saw golden drops of light emerge – like meteorites piercing the chaos and showering everyone with love. Whether this was an angel or my own desire for the well-being of others – it didn’t really matter to me, for unconditional love is good in ALL its forms.
In conclusion, whatever time period you are in and whatever challenges you may face – big or small – my creative heart goes out to yours. Make art, if you will - like meditation or prayer - and focus on something positive to send out to yourself and others in times of need. You won’t regret it.
Creatively Yours,
